WHY IT MATTERS

UK self-build guides recommend setting aside up to 15% of your total build cost for unexpected changes. On a typical Scottish self-build that's £35,000 or more — and most of those changes happen because clients only truly understood their space once the walls were already up.

A TruScale session starts from £500. The cost of visiting our studio in Cumbernauld is a fraction of the contingency budget most self-builders set aside before they've even broken ground. The question isn't whether you can afford to come — it's whether you can afford not to.

QUICK ANSWER

Whether you are planning a self-build, an extension, or a new-build project, our studio is open to clients travelling from any location. Many of our clients make the journey specifically for their session — and we are happy to work with you wherever you are based.
